Amy's portraits are created using a drawing method called blind contour. This method of drawing involves studying the contour lines of the subject, while not allowing oneself to look at the drawing surface until the piece has been completed. Portrait sittings last about 15 minutes. Once the sitting is complete, your portrait can be completed within 3 weeks.
